Membership Transfer (AT Form)
Preparation and Submission
This AT Form has to be prepared by current Division as soon as any Members transfer his/ her membership.
Original BF4/ BFC4 has to be attached together when submitting the application to Area (for inter-state transfer).
STEP (1): FORM PREPARATION
Membership transfer processes have to be done for the following scenario:
Form 5 Members who have left their Cadet Divisions, and wish to continue serving in Combined Divisions (Open Divisions).
Members who wish to transfer Divisions within the same Area.
Members who wish to transfer Divisions among the Areas within the same State.
Members who wish to transfer to other State (with consent received from the receiving State Commander in advance)
Members who undergo promotion (e.g. Members to Officership of another Division).
Member to inform his/ her current Divisional Superintendent/ Officer before submitting any aplication.
Member to submit transfer application via e-Transfer Form.
STEP (2): FORM PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION
Area will process the online transfer application and submit to the State by the 7th of the following month.
Member to receive update from Area via current Divisional Superintendent/ Officer after the transfer process is complete.
ADDITIONAL REMARKS
For inter-state transfer, the BF4/ BFC4 card must be submitted to the Area Honorary Secretary via Divisional Superintendent/ Divisional Officers. Application will only be processed upon receipt of the relevant document(s).
